• Safe’n’Sound in attic knee walls absorbing humidity. Safe’n’Sound is really a soundproofing batt, not a thermal product, but plenty of San Antonio homes got it stuffed into attic sidewalls and knee walls by contractors who had it left over. • Water damage from ridge vent and roof valley leaks. Rockwool’s water resistance is often oversold.
